Ordered the half chicken with curly fries and also a mole chicken sandwich with curly fries. Quite tasty! Meat is super tender! Quaint place inside the APH. Crowded and fun atmosphere! Love the loud, upbeat music!🎶 Fast service!
The beef chili dip and chip was excellent (8/10). The brisket was decent, nothing wrong with it but nothing to write home about (6/10). Service was good. Unfortunately the tri-tip and picanha were just awful. Both were extremely overcooked and dry. Even worse they both had an extremely fishy taste, which is a hallmark of beef fat oxidation. I assume the brisket turns over fast enough that the meat stays fresh, while their less popular cuts languish and their fat starts to turn.

Encultura has two locations for the restaurant and bar. Inside is like counter service and limited seating, while right outside is the bar. The bar is a full bar with draft beers, TV'S around the bar, and music playing in the background that is a bit loud, but that's the vibe they are going for.
The menu has options like half chicken with curly fries, mole chicken sandwich with curly fries, beef chili dip and chip, brisket, tri-tip, picanha, bbq platter with brisket and chicken, elote, Mac and cheese, sliders, nachos, wings with Green Chili dry rub, and the familia platter. Everyday there's a special. On a Friday, the specials were 50% off of selected items.

The brisket was decent. The sliders were juicy and tender, and the nachos were very flavorful with guacamole on top. The wings had a scrumptious smoked flavor and the meat melted in your mouth. The elote was good but could be improved. Some found the bbq platter with brisket and chicken under seasoned and lacking smokiness, with chicken overcooked and dry. The tri-tip and picanha were awful, extremely overcooked and dry with an extremely fishy taste. The sauces weren’t great, and the Mac and cheese was not liked. Service experiences varied, with some noting fast service and friendly staff, while others experienced slow service and missing items.
