Today we decided to go to the Anaheim card convention and stumbled upon this nice place. I got the Taco Tour with all the different meats. They were amazing and hit the spot hard. The service was good. The food came out within 10 minutes. The ambiance of the food truck itself was very flashy and cool. I love this place. The only thing that I didn't love was the random side of beans that came with it but, that is okay.
I went to an event In lake forest and they were one of the food trucks there tonight.I was hungry and so excited that they had smash burgers. I was so disappointed to get a thick hamburger with a consistency as if it was boiled. Probably one of the worst hamburgers I have ever had in my life.A smash burger is supposed to be smashed, and flavorful. Not a thick hamburger that tasted and feels as if it was boiled.

The birria grilled cheese was cooked perfectly and the cheese was very melty. The slow cooked beef was perfectly tender and paired nicely with the cheese they added. The bread itself was just regular white bread but they added grilled cheese onto the outside of one side, which made handling the sandwich difficult since it was greasy.
