The birria grilled cheese was cooked perfectly and the cheese was very melty. The slow cooked beef was perfectly tender and paired nicely with the cheese they added. The bread itself was just regular white bread but they added grilled cheese onto the outside of one side, which made handling the sandwich difficult since it was greasy. Thought it would come with consomé but unfortunately it didn't. The al pastor fries were fine. It had mozzarella cheese on top but definitely would've preferred a different cheese to pair with it. They added bacon to have some more meat on it but if it had more of the marinated pork, it wouldn't have needed bacon. The person who served us was nice and told us his favorites as recommendations. They had utensils and some condiments set up next to the food truck. It was just a one day event when this food truck came to my apartment. The menu had pictures for each item and it gave you a good idea what you may be ordering.

Really rude owner. Food was bad. I tipped 20% and she was yelling at me. If you don't like your job don't work it.

Today we decided to go to the Anaheim card convention and stumbled upon this nice place. I got the Taco Tour with all the different meats. They were amazing and hit the spot hard. The service was good. The food came out within 10 minutes. The ambiance of the food truck itself was very flashy and cool. I love this place. The only thing that I didn't love was the random side of beans that came with it but, that is okay.

I went to an event In lake forest and they were one of the food trucks there tonight.I was hungry and so excited that they had smash burgers. I was so disappointed to get a thick hamburger with a consistency as if it was boiled. Probably one of the worst hamburgers I have ever had in my life.A smash burger is supposed to be smashed, and flavorful. Not a thick hamburger that tasted and feels as if it was boiled.

The woman working is so horribly rude. She started yelling for no reason. I had even tipped 20%. If you don't like your job. Don't work it.

Ok food choice. I ordered the california king burrito, and it's packed with fries, al pastor in this "special marinade", and lots of sauces/condiments like chipotle aioli, salsa, pico de gallo. It's usually topped with grilled cheese but I opted against it. The special marinade was interesting. Kinda spicy in a way I didn't like. One thing I'll note is that the food truck's menu prices were different from what I was actually charged. I think the food menu is not updated. California King was a couple dollars more expensive pre-tax. Nearly $17 for a burrito is a lot! Not sure if worth.

I ordered a plain grilled cheese from this food truck tonight! Waited 30 minutes for my food, when my grilled cheese came out, the cheese wasn't even melted all the way!

Food was lame and tasteless. Chicken bowl rice was hard. Salsa consistency was bad. How do you screw those up?

Yikes.Chicken bowl listed at $14.50, charged $15.50.Quesadilla listed at $14.50, charged $15.50.Al Pastor is SUPER bland. Quesadilla is smaller than a Del Taco quesadilla and much less tasty. Avoid like the plague.

I ordered the King burrito. It was filled with meat and French fries. I really liked the grilled/melted cheese on the outside of the tortilla. My friend ordered the shrimp tacos. She asked for the tamarind sauce on the side because she doesn't do spicy. The shrimp were absolutely DELICIOUS!!! I would order just shrimp next time they are at the OC lunch.

Great price for some quality tacos. The staff is super nice and I find them at one of my favorite breweries all the time! If you're looking for a food truck to get your munch on...it's here!
