Very rude pregnant lady! No one inside the restaurant and yet it takes her 5 minutes to come out from the back and take your order and another 5 minutes to get your food. No need for the attitude.

I visited this location today and they only have one person working. She’s definitely a multitasker, cooking, Chashier, cleaning, taking customers orders at the same time. This review is more for the owner and management. HIRE MORE STAFF THE HELP IS DEFINITELY NEEDED, I DONT FEEL OKAY WITH SOMEONE BEING IN THE KITCHEN AS WELL AS DEALING BEING A CASHIER.

Horrible customer service at this location, as soon as I walked in I was getting yelled at from the kitchen to stay off the mopped floor, I was rushed to place my order, once I got my food I was spoken to like a child and rudely told to make sure i push my chair in on my way out. I'd be a little more understanding if i walked in a few minutes before they closed but this was at 7pm two hours before their posted closing time. First and last time going to this location.

Just moved to this location, figured id try this flame broiler near me ..I walk in one couple was in front of me. Both the couple and I waited about 20 min until they decided to take our order. In those 20 min, no hello or I'll be right with you...just looked at us while she was cleaning in the back...like there's no one here for us to be waiting 20 min just to get our order taken...haven't even tried the food yet, cuz I'm too busy writing this review as I wait... ugh, sucks cuz I like flame broiler, but this my be my only time coming here...hope the food turns out good at least

The staff at this restaurant always has the bathroom out of order sign. I imagine they want it for their personal use 🚫🚫🚫🚫 they should "fix it" or put a bathroom only for the staff 🤷🏻♂️ other than that the food is very good better than in other branches I would say 😉

Food was great! Place was clean. Friendly staff. Close to home. Now my go to for chicken and angus bowls w/ veggies.
Absolutely incredible fresh food, fast and competent service and atmosphere. A very nice young man named Brian works here, he is the best. I definitely do recommend this flame broiler 100 %.
