I was really in the mood for some good tacos and beer after a long day. I came to monkish brewery and the truck they had did NOT disappoint. I got three carne tacos and a side of Mexican rice. As a life long Angelino (and chicano), I would recommend them against any tacos place in LAA. The tortillas taste freshly made and the meat spills out because theres so much. Flavio’s Taqueria!!!
Hands down the BEST taco spot in the OC! I always place an order… and then catch myself ordering again because it’s that good.
I’ve tried all their tacos, chicken, al pastor pork belly, carnitas, asada, and cabeza. Every single one hits. The burrito is totally worth it too, but make sure you get it con todo because that’s when it’s straight FIRE!
