Came here for lunch in Oct. 2025. I needed to eat dairy free. The cast members were excellent in finding out for me what I could eat. The chef came out to talk to me. I ended up eating the vegan gumbo and added sausage to it. It was pretty good! Filling and a bit spicy. My daughter had the shrimp po boy, my husband had the regular gumbo with cornbread. We all enjoyed our meals.
The restaurant itself is cute! Lots of tables but hard to find a place to sit as it was packed.

The shrimp po boy was sooo good! Everything tasted so fresh. Beware though, it is a messy messy meal.

We mobile ordered our lunch ahead of time which makes planning lunch and not having to wait online soooo much easier. Not having to stand in line for food is amazing.
3 of our group ordered the jambalaya and everyone was very happy with their meal.
My daughter got the kids meal and I was impressed that it offered healthy sides- cutie and apple sauce.
We got two orders of the beignets and everyone mentioned how tasty they were.

Worst experience in this park, the staff at this particular restaurant is incompetent, had to wait over 15 minutes for a half salad & no one can take accountability when asked simple questions

Unfortunately this restaurant has dropped far from what it used to be. Food was so-so, and the options for food was way less than what it used to be. In the past, this was my favorite place to enjoy a meal. Also, the prices sky rocketed. Used to feed my family of 4 for $60, now its $100. And the quality is worse, so its definitely off my list of favorites to eat. I don't recommend coming here.

Terrible customer service, lack of available food options, and food that was available was not labeled. All my son and I could choose was a kids meal each, which was ridiculously expensive. Lack of available seating. Will never go here again. Shame on you, Disney:(

genuinely upset about having to pay for this overpriced nasty meal. they ran out of most items, and served old mac n cheese. nothing was labeled. staff was rude. so disgusting and exactly what I expected from Disney.

The 7 greens veggie gumbo was terrific! Comforting, healthy and filling! Next time I'll have to try the other gumbo variants.

The only problem I guess is that the dish wasn't visually enticing but once I got my kids convinced to try it, they polished it off.

On the flip side, the mac-and-cheese was a dry inedible disaster. Why!

There was a piece of metal in my food and all they said was “okay so do you want a refund or something else?” ZERO customer service skills and shame on the team leader for also not doing better. Very sad that this was our experience at the only place we were excited to eat. Do not come here and avoid the horrible service. The metal was the size of a centimeter rock. Insane that could be inside the gumbo.

You can tell the workers love their jobs. The food was amazing. Surprisingly really flavorful. The shrimp and grits were cooked to perfection and the lemon beignet was to die for!

I’ll admit it: the cafeteria style dining made me anxious to try this place. The decor was lacking, and some of the crew members had the same amount of enthusiasm as a middle school lunch lady. But after trying the shrimp po boy, red beans and rice, and mac and cheese, I was fully on board. Really great meal. (I’d skip the beignets.)

1. The jambalaya and gumbo were good with lots of flavors! They really pair with the cornbread!
2. The spot has fun casual vibes in New Orleans Square!
3. The staff was friendly and timely with our order!
Note: Mobile ordering is available!
