We've never had a bad experience when we've taken our son who is special needs.
The characters are friendly as is the wait staff. The food is great, especially the carving station.
My only complaint.....no hot fudge for the ice cream.
A beautiful place we loved it
Good atmosphere, the food is delicious. We love the buffet breakfast 🍳
