This review is very very long over due. Ho-Toy’s use to be the best Chinese food joint in Orange County, hands down, don’t agree? Fight me. Lines were out the door just to get their hands on that delicious orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. They were second to none. The chow mein… don’t even get me started on the chow mein. It should have been nominated for the Nobel peace prize, that bad boy could stop wars, it was so freaking good! But...
Folks that own the place are extremely generous with the portions and the price is amazing considering. Food is very good as well, I've never been disappointed in my 10 or so visits so far.
As a Chinese girl, this is amazing! The most Chinese American food that’s not white like Panda Express. I love the bbq pork , the fried rice and the fried wonton. Better than Panda Express
