“I’m just posting this so whoever made the delivery to my house won’t get blamed for eating the customers’ food or something. I found this bag of food sitting in front of my house today. I didn’t order and no one has come back to pick it up. It’s too late to call the store and so it will go to waste.“

“I had a great experience here yesterday 12/12/25. I ordered 2 sandwiches off the app for pickup around 12:50pm. The parking lot is weird, but once I parked and went inside, it was packed! Probably like 8-10 people in line. Workers were all busy & pushing sandwiches down the line.

I thought it was going to be like 10+ minutes to get someone to check on my pickup order, but immediately as I approached the pick-up area, I was acknowledged, greeted, and asked if I was picking up an order, which I replied, and picked up my order. I was in/out of the restaurant within 60 seconds, even as busy as they were. The employee that helped me wasn't dressed like the normal employee's and holding a clipboard, so maybe he was the manager/owner/trainer, but that was the fastest experience I've had picking up an order to any Jersey Mikes location.

Both sandwiches were made perfectly, I had some substitutions/changes, and everything was followed as I requested.
