I always get excited for Jollibee's burger steak and Yum Burger. I was so happy when my brother brought some home! But the burger steak was a letdown—the taste was totally off, not like the real Jollibee flavor. The Yum Burger was just as disappointing.

I came at 8:20 pm on August 17 and Mae, the cashier, had a bad attitude toward me. She didn't explain anything when we asked. She just kept shaking her head and made me buy something I didn't want. The food was good tho, only Mae was the problem.

We asked about the differences between the 6pc meal deal and the bucket treat A and all the cashier did was to shake her head. Of course, we would ask about it again ma’am, you didn’t explain it at all. It’s fine if you’re tired but take a break instead of taking it out on the customers. We wasted $3 on two sodas because we couldn’t get a good answer out of her.

Service NOT good. The way the front staff asked about my confirmation order and the way she handed my order was rude. I felt like a homeless person begging for food. Remind your staff to display their name tag so I will see and remember their name whether they gave good service or not!

WENT FOR MY BIRTHDAY!!!! I had an amazing time there the staff was very nice friendly and happy they sang happy birthday to me and brought out a ballon with a dessert. They took pictures with us and for us!! Very nice people I really appreciate what they did!!! Would definitely recommend everyone going here amazing service!

This location really is 'hit or miss'.... Some days the spicy chicken is amazing, sometimes it's just ok, and every now and then it's just bad. Service is always mediocre, but that's expected nowadays. Personally, I'm not a fan of the sides so I just stick to the chicken. I give them 4 stars for the food because even though it's not consistent, when it is good - it's really good.
