I don't know why this place gets so much hype, it's too expensive for little in return. $16 for half a chicken and three sides sounds like a lot but it really wasn't, I was still hungry and disappointed. Half of it was bone, white meat was dry and the leg was incredibly small. I wanted to support a local business but there's an old saying that no good deed goes unpunished.

Chicken and sides were great. If you ask for flour tortillas you will not want to eat them. They have no way to cook them and just microwave them. Very gummy.
Had the Juan's Big Burrito. It was really good. It's made with shredded chicken so I did find 2 small bones but besides that it was great!

Couldn't even eat here. I needed to use the restroom after driving 2 hours on the fwy. We were told restroom was out of order. Too bad because the 4 of us really wanted to eat but when you need to use the facilities we would not have been able to eat comfortably.

Amazing food! I drove from Long Beach to Anaheim for the food and it did not disappoint. The chicken was moist and the potatoe salad is the best ever! I first tried Juan Pollo a few weeks ago and a colleague bought chicken for our staff. Today we returned the favor and got some b for ourselves. Amazing! Try the cayenne dressing. It’s good.
