Chicken and sides were great. If you ask for flour tortillas you will not want to eat them. They have no way to cook them and just microwave them. Very gummy.

Couldn't even eat here. I needed to use the restroom after driving 2 hours on the fwy. We were told restroom was out of order. Too bad because the 4 of us really wanted to eat but when you need to use the facilities we would not have been able to eat comfortably.

Amazing food! I drove from Long Beach to Anaheim for the food and it did not disappoint. The chicken was moist and the potatoe salad is the best ever! I first tried Juan Pollo a few weeks ago and a colleague bought chicken for our staff. Today we returned the favor and got some b for ourselves. Amazing! Try the cayenne dressing. It’s good.

The chicken is very tasty and savory, but dining room is very trashy all around, piles of boxes on top of some kind of freezer, the mop and broom close to the soda machine and lots of pictures on the floor. Honestly this place it needs a makeover, this place it needs to look much cleaner and more attractive to us, the customers! The service personnel are very nice and always smile to people , but again, this place looks trashy, please please give it a makeover!!!!

Saturday, October 5, 2024, time approximately 2:30 pm, I go to Juan Pollo, I order 2 chickens to take away, and they pack me 2 decomposed chickens, the smell was hidden with the herbs that marinate it, in short, disgusting, it went to the trash. Well, these people don't have the slightest bit of ethics nor do they care about the client's health.
