The chicken is very tasty and savory, but dining room is very trashy all around, piles of boxes on top of some kind of freezer, the mop and broom close to the soda machine and lots of pictures on the floor. Honestly this place it needs a makeover, this place it needs to look much cleaner and more attractive to us, the customers! The service personnel are very nice and always smile to people , but again, this place looks trashy, please please give it a makeover!!!!

Saturday, October 5, 2024, time approximately 2:30 pm, I go to Juan Pollo, I order 2 chickens to take away, and they pack me 2 decomposed chickens, the smell was hidden with the herbs that marinate it, in short, disgusting, it went to the trash. Well, these people don't have the slightest bit of ethics nor do they care about the client's health.

This is mine and my husband's first chicken spot we ate at when we first met. Haha. It has been a while since we have eaten here so I ordered it thru doordash. It was so good that i ordered it 2x this week. My husband was glad that I did too. The food did not disappoint. It was all on point. I will be ordering again.
