Great mexican food, freshly made,has that homecook flavors..Authentic cuisine. The chefs ladies in the kitchen are so friendly and the hostess Myrna is great..! Awesome personality, quick friendly, when you ask what's good she recommends items on the menu. GREAT CAFE DE OLLA, Machetes de chicharron prensado, delicious. Fredas con crema and platanos macho for desert are delicious and fresh. Ate there three times and the service from Myrna is on point. I recommend this place.

I have been going here for a very long time. Unfortunately after seen and hearing how some lady that claimed to be the owner was treating a homeless man I will not be going back. That gentleman was simply waiting for his food without bothering anyone. He was not even inside the restaurant. In fact he was not even on the side walk. He was waiting at the parking lot when he was approached by the owner and was getting yelled at and being told to go away because according to her he was bothering her customers. There was no reason for her actions. She tried to justify her actions by talking smack on him but I just told her to get away from us and leave us alone since she was bothering us more than that poor man ever did. I am not the type of person to wish bad things for people but I hope that she gets what she deserves. On the future try to be humble and keep in mind that you are dealing with someone’s father, son or brother.

Today, Thursday Pozolero, the service was terrible, the pozole was more broth than anything, the champurrado was cold and the waitress served us as long as she felt like it, they don't give the ingredients for the complete pozole anyway, it was the last time we went, I hope they improve the quality. customer service and if you don't have enough food for a full plate, just say that there is no more and not about the leftovers

The rating is because in my opinion I think they have the machetes already prepared and they only heat them and when they bring them they are crispy but they cool down and are very stiff and the mace just heated on the comal is very soft and even though it cools it continues soft and I am surprised that today Saturday there are no people, no one is alone and it is 11 am other times you have to wait in line
It is a small restaurant but they charge you for the service and also the tip, that is not mandatory and too bad because they already put it on the ticket
