Tried the lomo saltado at Chicama and really enjoyed it. I liked that it tasted closer to the traditional version rather than a fusion style. The flavors were savory (a little salty) and well-balanced, making it a dish I would come back for.
We'll be going back!! Soooo good!!
The atmosphere created a wonderful dining experience. The food was simply fantastic.
