They supposedly close at 11pm. Showed up at 9 and the workers were cleaning getting ready to leave.
I came to try the chocolate Dubai in here for the first time at this restaurant it was horrible Lizbeth The cashier lady was just being so rude and mean we paid $30 some dollars for this for not to get nothing no chocolate no nothing it js tased like strawberry when the chocolate & pistachio Are you supposed to give it a flavor? And I asked her can you add a little more cuz she wasn’t putting nothing she js put one round of pistachio, which was nothing and is scoop of chocolate we did not pay 10 to 20 dollars for this. horrible store never coming back again. Been to other stores and they put a lot of everything 😡😡😡 7-31-25 time 1:30pm
The service was good and though there is a bit of a wait it’s worth it . The prices are super expensive though. Overall I am happy that I got just what I was craving and it tastes way better than that other location !
It's been the second time we stop by this location because we love La Michoacana's ice cream and we are really disappointed. The flavors tasted very frozen and watery after a few spoons. Not going back again.
Little bit pricey
You will find something you like for sure. Plenty options to choose from.
We came here on a Sunday night around 8:20. Didn’t end up leaving until 9 ish. This location had only 3 workers to prepare the foods. Disappointed with the service and the time it took for them to complete orders. It’s also located in a sketchy location.
I do not recommend watermelon ice cream and pineapple ice cream, their flavor is very artificial, unlike strawberry water, which I highly recommend.

Michoacanas are know for their variety of snacks.
We have ordered from this location several times. And unfortunately everytime im so disappointed. However, this time more specifically. We ordered 2 chicharrones preparados and the lady that made them totally did us wrong! First of all She did not prepare them properly, second of all we paid extra so she would put more cueritos, because she only put like 6 cueritos. Then we get home and start to eat the chicharon and to our surprise the cueritos where already bad tasted bitter and disgusting! I called and told the lady to check the cueritos because they were giving expired cueritos!
The worker did not bother to offer a refund and showed no cares!
I Ended up having to throwing them away! I am so beyond upset! I do not recomend you spend your money with them if you are craving chicharon preparado. Maybe try a different location. But avoid this one
For the prices of their snacks they should be more careful! Ripe offs for sure!

The workers here are so rude and the icecream was so bad. I got the tres leches and it was a bunch of galletas soaked in milk and then made in to ice cream. 0/10

The food here is just bad. All ingredients used seem to be of low quality. Prices are way too high for the poor quality of food they serve. The ice cream in particular is awful, it tastes like a mouthful of flour. The service was really the only thing we liked.

The service was very friendly, but the ingredients they use are of very poor quality, the ice cream has too much flour, the strawberries with chocolate have a very low quality imitation flavor, the esquites are very greasy with ordinary cheese, very far from the originals , prices have increased so they should invest in their ingredients.
Very family friendly place. Tons of ice cream options and flavors that we don’t have in Seattle. I went there for corn and that was delicious. I’m still thinking about it. Lol ?

It seems like you are eating ice cream with dirt and we had to wait 1 hour for them to give us what we ordered and only one of the two women knows how to make the things they sell there... and to top it off, I ordered a crepe and the woman made it reluctantly, because I was very busy and I threw it away... I will never go back to Michoacan.???
