Super underwhelming. I got the grilled chicken sandwich. It was so dry. The bread did not taste fresh. I was disappointed. This place was highly recommended. I would much rather spend my money at Carrot & Daikon.

I wish I can get this place zero stars. Or negative stars. Customer service is very rude! I literally stood here for 10 minutes and no one said anything to me. They almost act like I wasn't there.

Beware! The iced coffee is so caffeinated that it may give you the jitters for hours. I probably drank 2-3 bottles of water over several hours before the effects was partially flushed out. The #11 sandwich with chicken pate, various Vietnamese style hams/meats (prob has all the fatty/undesirable animal parts at/slightly higher grade vs cat food) slathered with Mayo, picked carrots/cilantro and jalapeño made this sandwich somewhat a magical mish-mash. I wasn't too hungry so I pushed all the filling into 1/2 the toasted buttered baguette and had a satisfying breakfast. There is no ambiance and the store/seating is totally unwelcoming... as one may expect as this store is buried amongst a run-down strip mall.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. My daughter called to place an order at 5:50pm I went to pick it up at 6;25 and the clerk had the nerve to tell me can you wait, I been very busy and I need to prepare your order.... REALLY??? NEVER AGAIN
Quick and goodLook, you arent getting served by a michelin star restaurant. This is Lees. And it's perfect. Let me tell you about Lees....Lees is for the working man/woman. Lees looks out for you. If you are falling asleep or just cant stay up and focused for work, get their vietnamese coffee. Will you need to sprint to the bathroom an hour or two later sure but you'll be wide awake and hopefully you got a decent amount of work done. Do you want something to eat thats gonna taste good but you wont spend your weekend's money on get their croissant sandwhiches. Get two if you generally eat a lot, it's like 5 bucks. The service? Perfect for what you're getting. The environment? Why are you asking just order go home. Hope this helps...support em, theyd do the same for you.

Either the workers don't care or the owner has given up on this place. I like Lees. Gone to plenty of other locations. This location plain sucks. Ordered a baguette and got a day old stale reheated instead, considering I came early in the morning. Location sucks, have to always weave through homelessness to get inside. I'm done with this place. Thanks for the stale bread.

Me and my coworkers order coffee at this place often. Couple of times the workers can not understand & speak English. As someone with English as second language too i understand if you have accent or broken English BUT for establishment to put someone that barely understand your order is something else. One time i ordered lees cold coffee & i requested easy on ice because my throat felt irritated that day. The worker gave me half a cup of coffee. I gave the lady THE LOOK & she told me that THE CUP WILL BE FULL IF I DID NOT ORDER EASY ON ICE .
