Despite being in a dilapidated, old, Hilton, I thought this little bar had pretty good food. I was admittedly starving when I finally got to eat here the first day but had the Caesar salad with a side of chicken. The menu is a little strange as it seems like the chicken (or salmon) is a meal but they are just sides - which may be disappointing to some. I also sampled the fries which were quite good. Another day during my stay I had the sourdough Turkey BLT which was awesome. Again I was starving but it hit the spot.A little overpriced (a lot if you get the salad with a protein component) - but delicious overall. The service was a little slow and depending on the hour, can get noisy. Would still recommend especially if you’re hungry and desperate :)

Mix Restaurant, at the Hilton Anaheim Hotel, is a great place to start or end the day. We ate here twice for breakfast and once for dinner during our stay at the hotel. The food was all delicious. It's not fancy, but very nice comfort food. The Calamari appetizer was delicious. We shared the Black Angus Burger and a Ceasar Salad for dinner. With were good.

Great food. We ate breakfast and lunch there on two different days. For lunch, 2 of us had burgers and fries. One had a pasta dish. All were impressed with the quality of food. One surprise is that we were charged for refills on drinks. The server should have warned us when she offered the refill that there would be a charge for it, or at least it should have been noted on the menu. I haven't been to a restaurant in 30 years that charged for refills of ice tea or soda. For breakfast, our eggs Benedict were delicious. At both meals our servers were prompt and attentive.

The service and food were good; we were disappointed that the buffet was just a taco bar. We really didn't want tacos for breakfast and were hoping for a more traditional breakfast buffet (even though they had omelettes to order, that wasn't worth the $35 price tag).
High level service and attention to detail, delicious steaks, burgers, fries, brussel sprouts, Caesar salad and sourdough rolls! A little pricey but worth the splurge for the skilled and personable staff and overall excellent quality.

I had the breakfast burrito and it was okay, it was a bit dry. I wouldn't order it again. The servers appeared to be rushed and service was not great, although the staff was friendly.

Just had a breakfast here. The eggs in your way and farmers omelet are good. I wish the egg in kids menu could be sunny side eggs, and the potatoes taste just okay…
The restaurant looks amazing and the service was on point. I however got food poisoning from my salmon Cesar salad and ended up very sick. Not fun missed a day of conference.

I don't mind to pay high prices if the quality is great , but I was very disappointed not only expensive but tasteless , breakfast loaded with tasteless potatoes and the egg was horrible . Dinner so bad steak under cook with no side dishes . Bread was so cold and the inside like had it been in the fridge for a long time ) they brought butter it was a mess they just scraped from the container into a plate ( almost frozen ) Fish was so dry .. I was expecting a way better quality for the huge a mouth they charge

Not a great place when you have allergies to certain foods to me, was not worth the money because I have pineapple, allergies and a lot of the stuff was near pineapple, or close to pineapple, or had pineapple in it, and I could literally die from that so
