I am writing to share feedback regarding our recent visit. During our meal, our server was switched without any prior mention or transition. Additionally, the bill was brought to our table while we were actively eating, rather than waiting until the end of our meal. Being interrupted in this manner felt pushy and unprofessional. I hope this feedback helps improve the service standards for future guests.
The food was better than I expected for a hotel restaurant, my Thai chicken was very tasty and my wife's short rib was also quite good. Nice list of beers, and the cocktails were excellent. Service was very rushed and we couldn't help but get the impression they were trying to push us out coming by every 3 minutes offering to clear plates and have dessert. Space is non-descript. You could do worse.
Our server Tony was Great very efficient food was hot and delicious I will definitely return soon.
Mix Restaurant offers attentive staff, generous portions, and tasty food. The setting is classy and elegant, with excellent dishes worth the price. Customers recommend the salad, grilled salmon, egg and bacon bowl, and country potatoes. The homemade hot sauce adds a Mexican kick to the experience. The service is fast, friendly, and accommodating, creating an enjoyable and clean ambience. Guests particularly enjoy the avocado toast and Mickey Mouse French toast. The restaurant is located inside the Hilton Hotel, and the staff is known for being very helpful and friendly, often making good recommendations and accommodating large parties. The salmon continues to be a favorite, with generous portions and delicious flavor. The restaurant's service is consistently praised, and even with a 20% gratuity added, the staff provides outstanding care. Overall, Mix Restaurant remains a popular choice for tasty meals in a clean, friendly environment.
