Subscription model is awful. Who wants a membership for a one time race? The cars are fast and fun, but I would fire every single employee at that location. Not one had a smile on their face and seemed so bothered when you had a question for them.
I recently visited K1 Speed and was thoroughly disappointed with the overall experience, particularly the abysmal customer service. Despite being promised a quick meal, the food took approximately 1 hour to an 1.5 hours to bring the food despite being one of the least busiest times. Absolutely disappointed, never going again. Lost my customer service. To my unfortunate surprise, they gave my thirteen year old daughter a booster seat and petals. She claimed the seat belt was too tight and her legs were cramped, my daughter looked like she kept vibrating whenever she drove and turned her kart. I want a refund.
