So I've been coming to this place for about 9 years and today has to be the day I will stop coming here. Today the food was very nasty on top of the customer service. The asada tasted old and uncook. As I was eating into my huarache I found plastic in my huarache I called the lady and she saw it and took it back to the cook he got very nasty and angry and said it wasn't his fault. I don't understand why he got bothered when it was his fault for not checking things the correctly. Never again coming here. He's getting mad at the young lady why is she not charging me for the food when he serve it right but obviously he didn't cause there was plastic in my food.

Not good at all the place I so greased and we ended up smelling greased. Last review was one to two years from mine so not recommended at all if you are not local price for food is not good at all. People are not friendly at all. I won't be back again.

I will go out of my way to visit Picantes as they have really good tortas and a variety of Mexican food. My favorite has to be the torta de milanesa. The only reason I knocked a star off was because their customer service is lacking. The ambiance was unwelcoming . The waitress that served us was not great. She kept on bickering and mumbling stuff to the cashier as we paid our tab. We been coming to Picantes for years and usually Customerservice is great but yesterday evening was unpleasant. We will continue to support Picantes but will have to reconsider dinning in.

Their breakfast burritos are *chefs kiss*. Definitely worth the price I got two a chorizo and bacon and the total came around $10! The lady was super sweet when I came at opening and the food came with free drinks too! Flavor was 11/10 definitely would come back

Hmn. What to say? ? there has been times when this food has been really good, but the last two occassions, my meat smelled a bit funny (tacos) and my chicken taquitos (taquitos dorados), rice and beans were missing salt. Not sure if I will go again soon.

This review is more towards the service then the food, although I did not try the food. My brother and I were in the area and we came across this restaurant. Right when we walked in, nobody greeted us even though we were the only ones there and at least 3 employees up in front. We were looking at the board menu and noticed there was no prices on the items. We had bad experience from before and just didn't wanna risk good or bad food at possibly premium prices so we walked out and went to another place instead. The reason why I am reviewing this restaurant without trying the food is because the moment we walked onto the street, we heard a lady in the restaurant yelled out "GRACIAS!" at us. Is that how this places runs customers service? Don't greet the customers but thank them when they leave, even when they didn't purchase anything... if it wasn't for her, I wouldn't be making this review and after I heard her, I was happy I took my money somewhere else where I'm welcome.
