Food was good besides the seating being packed with homeless.good customer service i guess. Homeless dropped the window on the employee and as I was ordering he went over to the drive through window while my daughter was ordering.

Just passing by Buena Park, and I wanted a burger at 9:30 in the morning. Most burger places were closed and came across Rally's.I don't remember their burgers to be this mediocre since Rally's was a go-to spot in my childhood days. I ordered a triple combo. The fries were ever as good as I remember, but the burger... it was ok. Not great, but not horrible... it was alright.This Rall's was a nice little spot on the corner of Beach Blvd & Lincoln Ave in a Walmart Marketplace shopping center. They had nice tables outside.It might be bc I'm older now and have had other quality burgers but the burger was just ok.Service was nice and fast though.

The staffs on Saturday night need to work on customer service and accuracy. He took order very slow. We waited very long till he said hello back to us thru microphone.
