If you are looking for a phenomenal Neapolitan style pizza, look no further than Rays. I asked the chef what his secret was and he said "quality ingredients" and I could tell because the ingredients really spoke for themselves. They make all their sauces from scratch. R.A.P. was at Stereo Brewing tonight and it paired fantastically with the beer. I ordered "The Celeb" and the capers + peppers were top-notch. I loved the dough and if this level of craftsmanship can be achieved with a portable oven, I cannot imagine how much better the pizza would be at the storefront.
