Pretty sure this place is closed. Even Google posted a warning about them being closed. Despite what the hours listed on Yelp or their IG says. We've tried to come here 2 separate times and both times they are not open at all. Today We came at 4:12pm on a Saturday and this is what the store front looked. They were easier to find when they were a pop-up at the brewery. Ray's pizza is great but their hours are not. Will definitely not be back.

If you are looking for a phenomenal Neapolitan style pizza, look no further than Rays. I asked the chef what his secret was and he said "quality ingredients" and I could tell because the ingredients really spoke for themselves. They make all their sauces from scratch. They get their meats from local Italian delis. But the real star of the show is the dough. The chef said he uses some high end flour from Italy that I can't even remember the name of, but it was a perfect canvas for the different flavor combos he has. I dream about that crust. Even my son, who has tossed his crust his entire life, refused to share his crust with me. I my favorite is the Green Cheese with Pepperoni, and the Hot Mama but honestly none of his options disappoint. He also serves these Italian Cream sodas with fruit syrups he makes from scratch with go perfectly with the pizzas. Everyone I have sent here thanks me for it. Whenever I am craving pizza, my family and I hit up Rays.

I recently hired Ray to cater my 40th birthday and his pizza and services did not disappoint, it was a truly five-star experience. From start to finish, the team at Ray's went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and memorable catering event. The food was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious pizzas that pleased every palate. The staff was professional, attentive, and accommodating, making sure every guest was taken care of. R.A.P. was at Stereo Brewing tonight and it paired fantastically with the beer. I ordered "The Celeb" and the capers + peppers were top-notch. I loved the dough and if this level of craftsmanship can be achieved with a portable oven, I cannot imagine how much better the pizza would be at the storefront.

Seriously the best pizza I have tasted! No lie this pizza was better than the pizza I had in Rome! It's so fresh and the amount of different flavors that hit your taste buds is amazing! The dough is so amazingly soft! The best part about this pizza is you don't feel all heavy after eating it because of the fresh ingredients that are used. Plus the owner Ray treats the customers very kind and you can tell he appreciates every single one of them. Best pizza in Orange County!

Man, I am speechless. This pizzeria has raised the bar for me! I can say my wife and I tried it for very first time last night that even my wife can be picky, she enjoyed every bite of this pizza. Fresh ingredients products straight from Italy you must try it.. Thanks Ray you nailed it.
