Extremely slow motion cashier, please hire someone has energy to work, letting the customer waiting without even looking at them.

I found a piece of hair in my chicken empanada. I'm really really disgusted cause I love empanadas.

I bought 2 specials of $20 palabok family platter and 3 empanadas ( according to the advertisement savings of about $4) but when i opened both palabok IT IS LESS THAN WHAT I USE TO GET FOR A FAMILY PLATTER. I would know the difference i always get the platter!

I have nothing but awesomeness to describe this Red Ribbon. I've bought so much of their pastries, breads and cakes this Holiday season I swear I'd contributed to the sugar and flour inflation. Their Mango cakes always makes an amazing impression to all I gift It to - they should rename that the blockbuster cake! The Yema Cake Although super delish reminds me of a dulce de leche cake one can only have a slice or you'll have a sugar overload! Overall I absolutely love their cakes! Their Pastry that is individually wrapped was nice as it's a cool treat to bring to work especially if you are having one of those sweet-tooth hunger pangs. Two thumbs up for red ribbon!

Food culture is a looking glass focusing on developed tastes and comparisons. Red Ribbon's chicken empanada filled a long void of not having one in years, not sated by trying the Peruvian kind (with all due respect), whose casing is made from corn. Red Ribbon's chicken filling is more flavorful and replete with chicken texture vis-a-vis Luisa and Sons', which is another good bakeshop with its own satisfying version of the empanada. Same kudos goes to this place's palabok. The quintessential shrimp-based sauce is sure to excite many a palate.

They do not know how to answer their phone. I have been calling for the last 20 minutes. I guess they do not like my money.

Delicious menu options, well priced, and friendly employees :) Love ube flavored items!

What a joke! I asked for a smaller box (to hold some of the baked goods I got to give as a gift) instead of a big box and they insisted the small box was ONLY for empanadas and would cost an additional $0.50. I told them it made no sense (regardless of size, they were still giving me a box) and they kept arguing with me it was extra, they would get in trouble, they couldn't bend the rules, box X was for this, and box Y was for that. At some point the cashier lady even said something in Tagalog to the guy, as if to cuss at me or to show her annoyance. Customer service 101: don't talk smack about your customers to their face. At least wait til they leave, c'mon!Got a round cake and they said "we cannot write HBD on it, only the big cakes." Again, seems silly but okay. She said she would give me a HBD sign but didn't even include that. (Cake was very dry and super crumbly, no ube taste at all, so I do wonder how old their "fresh" items are).At checkout: the cashier lady punched the computer so hard when "typing"items...like she hated that thing and being there with every fiber of her being. Breads and cake are okay and not worth the crappy "customer service" and inflexibility.

Came here 08/30/2023.Based off the reviews I'm seeing, I think Red Ribbon is ok if you only get sweets and bakery items. Avoid their savory dishes.Food:I tried a slice of Ube Overload cake. It was pretty good, but definitely had notes of some artificial flavorings. It's an indulgent treat. Portion size was fair for the price, not amazing value but fair.Service:Not much to say, just one girl working the reg and she was fine.Ambiance:Connects to Jollibee so it's loud and boisterous.

I very much agree with the other reviews! They put so little sauce on their palabok...it taste awful, very DRY. They charge extra if you ask for extra sauce. I brought one for our company potluck .... What a way to advertise your company... Stingy on sauce, food taste awful!

This is a great Filipino bakery. Its right next to the bee so its very convenient. They have a variety of pastries and cakes to choose from, Filipino empanadas to boot. Their Sans Rival cake, Mango Supreme Cake, Choco Mocha Crunch Cake, and Mocha Roll (Coffee cake) just to name a few are all delicious. They used to have a chocolate cake with the number 3 in the title, I don't think its their triple chocolate cake, but that was super delicious and not too sweet. Come here for their cakes and you won't be disappointed.

This was my first experience trying the Red Ribbon Bakeshop located inside the Seafood City Market, in Cerritos. It is primarily a Philipino bakery that is well known amongst the community and makes a variety of pastries, cakes, flan, cheesecakes, and empanadas. There is a full menu of items to order for lunch or dinner as well. I can only review what I tried on this visit, which were the empanadas: chicken, beef, pork, and spicy chicken. The reason for my visit was to buy my clients a cake and when I brought them the Ube Overload cake, they were already familiar with the bakery and the empanadas. They were so surprised and elated that I had brought them treats from such a special place. I would like to go back and try all the other menu items. This was a great find!

Food and service is good. Clean and organized bakery. BUT they NEVER FREAKIN give you enough SAUCE for their Palabok!! You order a tray and all you get is a lot of NOODLES!! And if you want extra sauce they give you sooooo little for almost $3. Why are they so stingy with their SAUCE!

Located next to jollibee. They always have good pastries and helpful staffs. Pricing is reasonable. Online ordering is convenient and easy to use. We always stop by when in the area.
