Roscoe's House of Chicken and Waffles

Visited 7.9.2025 and the service was terrible except for the gentleman that greeted and seated us soon as we walked in. We were there for almost 30 minutes, and our server hadn't even brought out our drinks. I had to beg a bus boy to get a glass of water for my child.

I came to Roscoe's hoping for a great experience and wonderful food. We left after 45 minutes, and no, we still didn't get our drinks.

Chicken is pretty good, gibblet plate is great, waffles are rather basic they really need to be crispper and thicker, mac and cheese leaves a massive amount to be desired. Staff is famtastic

This restaurant is located slightly outside the main Disneyland district, so the experience was somewhat expected. We ordered the chicken and waffles. Unfortunately, the service was below average. We were seated for what felt like 15 minutes before a server finally came to our table. We ordered three drinks but only received two. The food was okay, but not worth the $25–$35 price range.
With new front-of-house staff, better training, a fresh coat of paint, new furniture, some general cleanup, and more reasonable prices, this could become a really decent spot.

The service was terrible. The waiter never introduced his name and had to keep asking for things multiple times. Never wrote down the order and got it wrong! Hair in my Lemonade!! When I asked for a replacement and it off my check, this never happened for me! Terrible atmosphere. Waitstaff and Hostess Rude! I had a horrible time! The food was okay but had to keep sending it back because something was off or wasn’t hot! Horrible!!!!

Dam, dam, and DAM, that 🐥 made me go DAM!🤯 I am a fried chicken connoisseur and the taste and flavor of Roscoe's made me 🕺🏽with that sweet-light cinnamon waffle! The young lady even gave me a lagniappe, a tasty wing! A must when in Anaheim while on that family trip to Disneyland!😎🥰💯🇲🇽

I can see what other people mean about the price but the portions are HUGE. The food is great

If you like southern fried chicken you will love this. The beans and rice, cornbread are fantastic! Chicken was delicious. The staff are very friendly. Food was served quickly, hot and fresh.
