The food is phenomenal and the service is top notch. Im allergic to nuts and they went above and beyond to make sure nothing was cross contaminated. Everything we ordered was amazing. I go every year for my birthday and it never disappoints. Our waiter Feoador (not sure how its spelled) was absolutely wonderful making sire we had the best experience. He is great and deserves a raise. I couldn't have more about this place.

The food and service were very good. Definitely will come back. It was raining during our visit but we had a great time. I got the pre fix menu (short ribs) and you can’t go wrong. Also the calamari appetizer was excellent. 5-stars

I am so impressed with Tanner’s customer service and hospitality. Our daughter has an egg allergy and we are constantly worried about her dining experience. He made sure the kitchen was aware of the allergy and all worries were gone! Excellent recommendations. Expectations exceeded.

Bellied up to the bar for right as happy hour began, promptly ordered cocktails, a Hawaiian martini for me and a Sunset cocktail for Nancy, just what we needed. Ordered the wok shrimp and the shishito peppers appetizers to start and decided to split the shellfish combo, really good and what we were craving after a day of driving. Fast friendly bar service from out bartenders, thank you both, we look forward to our next visit to the magical kingdom.

Walking into Roy’s felt like stepping right into Hawaii. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the food was just as great as always. The staff were professional, attentive, and helped make the entire dinner experience really enjoyable. A wonderful place to relax, enjoy amazing flavors, and feel transported for a bit. Highly recommend.

Excellent! This was a refreshing change from the traditional steakhouse. It offered an equivalent level of seriousness and quality, but did so with an incredible variety of well-balanced tropical flavors. I highly enjoyed it and advise it.

Stopped in for a drink and a salad as I was just wandering the Garden Walk. Had an exceptional wedge salad and a cold beer. Staff was friendly. Just sat at the bar, but the dining room looked nice. Good menu and variety. I do feel there needs to be an elevated Spam Musubi option on the happy hour menu and I think that could be pretty special.

Inexperienced server and/or disorganized kitchen. Food delivery and service was very slow. Food came out haphazardly from kitchen and not delivered to right person. We waited for over 20 minutes between a course. Very loud and unpleasant environment. Will not return. Sad because the one's in Carmel and Hawaii are decent.
