The food is always good but I do have to say that this place is always so dirty. The floor is always a mess and the tables are never clean which I don't get. The salsa bar is always messy with spilled salsa everywhere and dried out condiments. The utensils and napkins are always out and you have to ask for them. Then you go to use the trash bins and they are always overflowing with no room for anything else. The bathroom was so dirty that I didn't go in and just left. We really used to enjoy going to this location but we now feel like if the dining area is that dirty how do they keep the kitchen. We most likely won't be back unfortunately.

I grew up in the restaurant business and can certainly understand and appreciate all that goes into orchestrating and executing a consistent quality product to the consumer. My neighborhood Rubio's is actually walking distance from my house, and I frequent it once to 5 times a month. They are always friendly and say hello when I walk in. Typically, I order one of several seafood protein bowls. My issue is how the dish looks when I get it. It happens both at dine-in or take out. Since we are in football playoffs, I'll say my meal often looks like it was delivered via a backward lateral pass to the back who threw a lame duck pass to the tight end who fumbles it after two football moves resulting in a dog pile wrestling match for my protein bowl. Ok, that might have been a little excessive. Truthfully, there is a huge difference in plate presentation execution between visits. It has always been important to me that a meal looks like it was put together with care and not like someone was angry at me or whoever. Not a hard fix-please try. Thanks

First time eating at a Rubio's. Took the suggestion of the Gentleman taking the food orders and glad I did. Original Fish Tacos were excellent. Awesome menu selection available. I'd easily recommend. Good stuff!

I've seen some highly inappropriate behavior from young employees working here some of which involving customers. I sent in a review on the website reporting the scene I saw and got absolutely no response. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Just ordered food right now to go and waited almost half an hour to get it. We were late to our appointment because of this. Also, I noticed the content of the bowls here have shrunk. Serving size has definitely become smaller and the price is more. Is this how much inflation costs? Rubio's has deteriorated in service and food.

Rubio's did not delivery my complete order. When I called they said sorry and offered a refund. They have done this many times. I will not order from them again
We ordered burrito with steak, quesadilla with chicken, fish taco and shrimp salad. They are all really good. Our kids can't stop eating their churros. The restroom is clean as well. It's really recommended.

Came to eat with my mom and grandma and was very disappointed as the worker at the register was very rude and as my mom and grandma were order the worker was just making faces and when we order we got it for here and when they brought us our food the worker was be rude and was quite frankly throwing the plates on the table. First and last time coming to this location the worker had an Edgar cut and earrings they were the rude one.

Walk in and make eye contact with a guy holding a bag of lettuce I say, "what's up" He puts down the lettuce and walks fast straight to the clock, says nothing, clocks out. Walks past me, sits down at one of the tables and begins scrolling on his phone I wait a couple minutes for someone to take my order I leave cause no one takes my order and I only have 30 minutes for lunch
