Impossible Victory Falafel let's goooooo! Great little walk up and order food cart. The lines can get long depending on the time of day. What I love about this food cart, is that it is open early!!! It opens at 8am so you can grab something for breakfast if you want! It bugs me that there's food spots in the park that are closed during the park hours. Had the Impossible Breakfast sha-warm-up. It is a warm pita filled with one plant based impossible breakfast sausage (cut in half), scrambled eggs, a few tater tots and a piece of vegan cheese. It also comes with a side of sriracha maple syrup for dipping. It was the perfect meal on the go for a fun day in the parks. I just wished the sriracha maple syrup had more spice or none at all because it wasn't really necessary. If you have a Magic Key, don't forget to use your discount!
