They have a continuous line out the door in the mornings. They're working fast, but it's still usually a 30-45 minute wait, so if you need your fix first thing before the convention, make sure to plan the extra time.
Food and beverage quality are still the same. Service was fine. I like how spacious it is and all the elegant decorations. But food here is super expensive- breakfast sandwiches are almost double the price of the regular ones.
Definitely convenient for hotel guests, but just be aware to leave yourself some time if you are on a tight schedule in the morning, as the lines can be horrendous and staff seem overwhelmed. We had to give up on 2 mornings as we still hadn’t been served within 25 mins. High tier Hilton Honors members get priority which slows everything down for everyone else. Not a great set up.
