barista that serve me today gave no effort using my reward drink. Straight said is not available even my app says redeem reward and inform barista. So as a result i just contact the customer service, to fix the issue and not bothering coming here again.

One of the best customer service I have experienced at Starbucks!! From the moment I walked-in, to paying, and receiving my order all the employees were very welcoming. When I was ordering my drink I told the person that I am not familiar with their drinks as I do not drink Starbucks a lot, he automatically offered many suggestions from fruity drinks to strong coffees he was super helpful. He also helped me customized my drink and it tasted great just how I wanted it. After receiving the drinks the lady asked if they tasted okay and if I wanted it redone, very attentive. Every time I visit here when I come to Disneyland the store is always decorated by seasons and it makes it look festive. This place definitely gets crowded being it next to Disneyland, but they work quick to get orders out. Expect a longer wait time on weekends as the lines are out the door. There are no tables and chairs inside, they have it outside or you can sit in the designated areas. The inside is clean and well organized. One thing I noticed is that the store does not have a lot of inventory for things like mugs and tumblers. The only ones I saw are the basic designs so if you are looking for unique designs I would skip this store and check you local Starbucks instead.

They ran out of sugar? At a Starbucks of all places. How???? They then tried to put a bunch of fake sweetener in there without telling me and I had to go back and get my coffee replaced. These people need better training. Basic customer service. Don't serve something I didn't order. If you're out, tell me ahead of time.

Let me set the scene: It’s November 1, you are fresh off the Halloween high. You are ready to start your day at Disney. You stop by Starbucks for an iced coffee and a double smoked bacon sandwich. You are greeted with free samples of PEPPERMINT WHITE CHOCOLATE MOCHA!!!!!!!! YOU ARE TOLD HOLIDAY DRINKS WILL BE AVAILABLE IN 3 DAYS!!!!!!!! Your day has changed for the better. You now get to start your day with a peppermint white chocolate mocha in the crisp morning air. The birds are singing. Thr Star Wars theme song plays majestically in the background. You are home. You are at peace.Fatema, you are an angel sent from heaven above. Thank you for my sample. Thank you for your kindness and A+++++ customer service. I am so sorry I didn’t get the other barista’s names but pretty much anyone you meet here is angelic and holy. Thank you.

Totally incompetent- it's pathetic. Waited half hour for cup of ice water. Imagine if they had a real job that required advanced skills? It's scary. I see this a lot especially at places like target. Praying for them.

Check your drink. I order a venti hot chocolate when i checked it the drink was really low. Substantially below a venti size drink.

I was expecting a hot mess of a Starbucks considering this is in Downtown Disney at 9am when the parks are opening, but overall things went well. The only thing that prevented a five star review was the lack of food items already and, specifically, we asked for a bagel with cream cheese. Although a plain bagel was on display, the cashier then looked and said they were out. Okay no big deal we chose another. Then while waiting for our drinks a barista stated they were out of cream cheese. Luckily we got refunded easily and quickly but I'm surprised that both the staff were not keeping up on their food stock and that as busy as this location is, they run out so quickly. Granted they may not have received a shipment or what not but still. Anyways, out cashier was super friendly and took our order fast, and before we knew it the baristas had finished out drinks. I ordered an iced chai with pumpkin syrup and they made it on point, no extra or lacking flavors either. Definitely a good spot for a quick breakfast when going to Disneyland.

I originally ordered my starbucks to a different location and if you see my other review about ANOTHER starbucks you'll see thats happened to me before. This location made our drinks even though I ordered it to another location. I will say they have a ton of people not doing much when there was a massive line and only one barista on register. Kenny jumped on the second register and helped us out today and he was fast, friendly, and so helpful! Thank you, Kenny!

Terrible. Busy and all I wanted was a black drip at the end of a long day at disneyland and they made me wait for everyone's custom espresso drink orders and refused to just grab my coffee. Wouldn't have gotten in line for the coffee had I known.

Great location and friendly service. Spacious place. Tried the kiwi star drink refresher which had some floating bits of freeze dried fruit. A creative drink. Great hydration on a hot day in Disney
