I've been several times to this location and the white over w3ight lady in the cash register never understands the order, and it's just annoying having to deal with this always. It's the same person getting it wrong. White Female around 5'6-5'7 over w3ight and thin eyebrows. Please do something about it

Horrible experience I know I didn’t consume any coffee that Saturday afternoon but I was passing by and my daughter had an emergency and the guy didn’t let me use the restroom. How pathetic attitude it was just an emergency. It wasn’t even for me. Thanks for this kindness in this world.

Went inside for some hot chocolate since it was cold outside and I understand it was busy in the drive thru but there wasn’t anyone inside and they took awhile to take my order and as soon as they took my order the big guy who works there seemed to be upset that I didn’t tip and it has seemed he didn’t want to make my drink because I didn’t tip until a young kind lady asked if I was waiting for an order and I said yes after 20 minutes of waiting… the big guy seemed to be eyeing me every once in awhile after taking my order which no shade but the reason I didn’t tip was because he was kinda rude and didn’t even ask if I wanted my receipt and just was not even trying to be professional

This is the Starbucks closest to my house. I need to work on something real quick, I’ll take my laptop, grab a coffee, and work on whatever I need to. Today I went, I just need to work on something for maybe 30 minutes? Got there at 7:22 PM. Door is locked, staff inside behind the counter, chilling and talking. I call and ask if the lobby is closed early today. Lady told me just for today because they have an emergency. Technically, the word sorry was used somewhere unless she said, but it kind of sounded like, from a customers perspective, she sounded busy. Not apologetic that a customer actually came to the door to discover the door was locked… No sign on the door or anything so I could see from my car and not get out of my car, period I’m sure their emergency was huge, and they are standing around behind the counter, just chilling and talking… Probably just my perspective. But then again, the customer’s perspective matters to the customer, and this is simply my opinion. I could be completely wrong. They could’ve been standing around chilling, laughing, talking while talking about something very serious, but how I, the customer, felt? It felt like they could not care less. Did she invite me to come through the drive-through? No. I was reminded why I always drive to the Starbucks on Beach, even though it’s a further drive. I don’t think I’ve ever felt disrespected by the staff there. Always welcomed.
I come here semi regularly and the staff could not be kinder. Even during the busy periods, I see them working with a smile on their face. You’re the best, gang!!

I have to say, store 6704!! The best at preparing my special drink. No matter if I pickup at drive-thru or walk in, their service is great. I've been ordering this drink for 3 years now and aside from the Burlingame location, Anaheim has made it just right as well. They are busy, be patient as I know they'll prepare your order just right. Many thanks to Eli and his crew!! Monday mornings are best.
