Literally have I'm not mad I'm more miserable person in my entire life. Yeah I get it you were going to Subway with that's your choice so if you're going to work somewhere, you might as well like it. You're not the person coming in spending money in an establishment to get crappy service from somebody who just literally wants to treat you how they feel inside. Like if I was the one working there and somebody had come in to use her EBT with her child I would not be so weird with my head up my butt not even toast to sandwich or put extra cheese for a kid like I would literally do that if I was the employee, I would give that mom extra cheese for her son he's just taking his own misery Bility out on customers whether I used my snap card or not. Couldn't even give us a free cookie with the scannable code that was put up on the counter. He said they don't do that here like they're not participating establishment so don't advertise it.

Closed. The sign is backwards and all signage on the outside is gone. Kind of a bummer because I walk here, and often did. They start closing on the weekend though which kind of killed it for me.

I find that different locations have different levels of taking care of the customer. A few of the Subways on my 4-5 star list are 1) on Irvine Blvd/ near Newport in Tustin. 2) on Main near town and country in orange and 3) on Chapman in Orange across from the Starbucks fairly close to the cross street of Esplanade. It's so nice when you know the server is listening, no need for repetition, and they are building the sandwiches with care and precision.

Was here today morning. Staff is rude and lazy. They definitely dont like their job can make out from their actions. Even if you are waiting at counter for checkout they will just stare at each other to see who will go. The lady on subway counter also same. U have to speak as loud as you can to get what you want. Basic English they don't understand & end up messing with your sandwich. They have breads on their shelves that expired last month. Not a good experience at all to start your morning.

Placed an order on Subway app with a Paypal promotion. Received confirmation of the order. Drove to the Subway to pick up my order only to be told there was no sandwich ready for me and the order was cancelled by restaurant. Spoke to the owner which was a waste of time as all he cared about was his sandwich and not wanting to honor the promo. His argument was that I was not going to be charged for the sandwich. So the question was asked, I'm here now and you acknowledged the order was cancelled, what discount are you going to offer for the major inconvenience as you were not willing to honor the promo I had originally used? His response was "I can not honor the $5 promo as I can not ring it up in the system!" This owner only cares about his sandwiches and money and not the satisfaction of a regular customer. If it was I, and most likely any other reasonable owner, I would have fulfilled the sandwich and charged it as a 6 inch or better yet on the house. But hey, what do we know?! Took my business down the street to Sandwich Plus in which come to find out have better quality sandwiches. Try them out. Oh, and they're very friendly!

Inside the Chevron extra mile shop, easy to get in and out of, and the girl behind the counter was friendly, except for not knowing what a little of something means she made my sandwich correctly (and I didn't complain about the too much because I can still eat it just fine, if it were mustard we'd have a problem.

What's in this photo? It's supposed to be "broccoli cheese soup!" I would not have served this to anyone! I wonder how long it's been in the pot!?!? This added to my disappointment to finding they changed the sub of the day from tuna on Friday to Sunday so I just opted for the soup. ;(. I'm sure I can't be anymore disappointed with the BBQ at Church tonight so it will probably get my rave reviews after this lunch!
