Stepped in to order 2 sandwiches, waited a while till the gentlemen working for the gas station came over to get a subway employee, a young boy with a binnie took my order he was rude, my sandwiches were made in a hurry they looked messy, the veggies were just thrown into the bread , it was the worst lunch my husband and i ever had.

The Subway restaurant located at 3125 E Orangethorpe Ave, Anaheim, Calif, Inside the Shell Gas Station on Kraemer Ave. and Orangethorpe Ave. is giving me detestable customer service and racism. This Subway is 2.4 miles from Cal State Fullerton. In this restaurant, Christian (a clerk) and the store manager put minuscule amounts of meat on my sandwiches. On my most recent visit Christian refused to serve me. I wasn't allowed to buy a sandwich. The store manager was first to give me detestable service. Some months back I ordered a tuna sandwich. She grabbed their tiny scooper and scooped a respectable amount of tuna. Then she used a knife to shave all the tuna from the top, sides and bottom of the scooper. She dropped a teaspoon of tuna on my bread. All four scoops were like the first. There would be more mayonnaise than tuna! I asked her why was she shy about putting tuna on my sandwich? She said Subway prescribes the exact amount of tuna she put on my sandwich. She offered that I could complain but she'd be right on. I walked out. That was the smallest amount of tuna I have ever been offered at Subway! Why did she do that? Because I'm black. I stayed away from this Subway until I saw Christian, their new employee. I ordered a tuna sandwich. He put four full scoops on my sandwich. I said thank you and mentioned last time I was cheated. He put an extra scoop! I filled out their online survey and praised Christian. But the store manager received the results. Christian made me a few more good sandwiches. But, one day I ordered steak and cheese. First, he used the wrong scooper. He scooped some steak and then shaved all the steak from the top of the spoon. He put two dabs of steak on my sandwich. He took the sandwich out of the oven and then unraveled two tangled pieces of steak to stretch them across the bread. It was an insult. The lettuce and tomatoes enveloped all the meat. I wanted to walk out but didn't want to hurt Christian's feelings. He gave me the same response the store manager gave me when I asked him, why such a small amount of meat? The experience of paying for that sandwich made me sick. Moments before I was starving! Christian came out the station's back door and ostensibly laughed at me as I drove away. I went to bed sick. I didn't eat anything. I filled out a second survey. The store manager e-mailed me, twice, saying they are right on with the portions of meat they give me. I stayed away for months. Then I saw their new employee. I started buying sandwiches from her. So they put Christian back on the evening shift. I tried to order a sandwich from him and he kept saying: What?! What?! What!?. I can't hear you?" He had me yelling my instructions. At the cashier he says: "You're not speaking up. You're not speaking up." I walked away feeling insulted. Lost my appetite. I filled out a third survey. Then I walked in to buy a sandwich. Christian sat on the counter shaking his head. Once I reached the counter he said: "Nope. I'm not serving you. No." He sat there shaking his head.

Just went for lunch, flys all over sandwiches mine and orders they were making disgusting threw it away they need to make 1 at a time so they dont let flys land on sandwiches wont go here again.Im a nice guy so didnt say anything.

Made an order at 4:30 pm on a Sunday because the app said they were opened. However it turned out to be that they were closed. I asked the Shell gas station attendant (the subway is located in a Shell gas station) and he said they are closed on Sundays. So I was not able to pick up any sandwiches or even talk to any subway worker. But the app says that my order is ready for pick up even though the subway is closed. Have been trying to contact Subway for the past 30 minutes and no response. This Subway should at least say on their website that they are closed on Sundays so this doesn't happen again. I need to get a refund.
It's funny I'm seeing all these bad reviews. Although, they are from a year ago. But, I just have to say honestly, this is my favorite subway! Every time it tastes amazing! And every single staff member is super nice! This one is located in the gas station. But when you walk in, it always smells soooo good!! Glad I live across the street!
