I had lunch yesterday. Stood at counter 5 mins before someone from the kitchen said “order from kiosk”. I was paying cash so I still had to go back to the counter and wait another 5 mins for some one to take my money. They de-gloved, entered the order and gave me change exactly the same as if I hadn’t ordered on kiosk. Waste of time. Another 10 minutes to get food. The drive through was busy , inside there were two people. My supreme beef burrito was very small and had no identifiable meat in it. Runny gooey cheese sauce that makes it hard to eat. Unless you put the package of sauce on the food there is minimal flavor.

Have cheap prices and also I am loving this new remodel. I have been a customer for a while now and they never fail to give great service. Food is good. I recommend getting drinks during rush hour, it is only 1$! Such a steal! Customer service is the best! I wish there was a drive through here, but it is located in a small location near the Canes Drive through.

My daughter and her friends usually go to Taco Bell after school (or Canes ) yesterday a lady came out and Yelp at them to shout out…. She was complaining with a coworker that were to noise (in Spanish) my daughter understood what she said.I’m just going to say this . May you have a hard day but this is a place that 90% of your sales come from loud teenage students , if you can’t handle that May I suggest change your work location.Thank you

This is really annoying I am this franchise needs to get their stuff together. There's customers sitting out here 1520 minutes and the cook is arguing with the cashiers. This is not OK this needs to be fixed.

THERE IS NO DRIVE THRU AT THIS LOCATION!! i ordered my burritos via the mobile app for this location and noticed the option to pick up food in the drive thru wasn't available which i thought was weird. i arrived and actually noticed that you have to get out and order/eat inside which was fine. i waited only a few minutes to receive my food and it was so warm, great portion size and tasted so good. it was a really good experience ordering from here as they checked all the boxes from the order being correct, the salsa in the bag and also supplying napkins. i'll be sure to save this location and visit again in the future.

Today's review is only on the service I received yesterday around dinner time. I walked in and just happened to be the only one there and ordered my food from the register. A couple parties came in with online orders, and was given their food before me, which is perfectly fine. Then a person came in and ordered from the register, and was waiting just like me. Another person came in to pick up an online order, but it wasn't ready. Seven minutes later, the person who ordered their food from the register after me received their food before me which I thought was kind of odd as I ordered minuted before her. Maybe I'm being lame maybe I'm not but shouldn't it be first come first serve? Either way, I won't be going back there for a while...it's just Taco Bell anyway.

My wife went there this evening to order one Mexican pizza for my son and it took 25 minutes. Sadly, this place was very disorganized and really didn't care about customers because they were a lot of people that were upset and disgusted at how poor the service was.The franchisor should turn a take a look at their franchisees regularly and if they are not performing at a certain level, they should be penalized Poorly run franchises, give the brand a bad rep.

I have seen a trend of poor food preparation on food items here. The owner must have told the cooks to withhold meat amount from many or all items. I had a Chalupa Supreme and a CrunchWrap Supreme. The items that are not inexpensive and hardly had any seasoned Beef at all. I will give the store one more try or stick with Del Taco.Cheap on Filling and meat. I need protein! Bad!!!

This is THE BEST Taco Bell in the area. No drive thru, but really nice folks who make food as if they were making it for themselves.I've never had an incorrect order here, custom items are labeled, and the team is really nice.
