I had lunch yesterday. Stood at counter 5 mins before someone from the kitchen said “order from kiosk”. I was paying cash so I still had to go back to the counter and wait another 5 mins for some one to take my money. They de-gloved, entered the order and gave me change exactly the same as if I hadn’t ordered on kiosk. Waste of time. Another 10 minutes to get food. Have cheap prices and also I am loving this new remodel. I have been a customer for a while now and they never fail to give great service. Food is good. I recommend getting drinks during rush hour, it is only 1$! Such a steal! Customer service is the best! I wish there was a drive through here, but it is located in a small location near the Canes Drive through.

This is really annoying I am this franchise needs to get their stuff together. There's customers sitting out here 1520 minutes and the cook is arguing with the cashiers. This is not OK this needs to be fixed.
