“Always always can I count on this taco bell to make the food amazing and have great customer service! Since I moved literally every taco bell around me the food is so bad its insane. This one puts them all to shame and any time I'm in the area I always go here.“

“I stopped by this Taco Bell at 10:20 p.m. on 6/14/26 for my usual late-night order, expecting the typical experience: place an order at the kiosk, wait for the food, and have very little interaction. Instead, I had the best customer service experience I’ve ever had at a taco bell; from the moment I walked in, Pha greeted me with a huge smile and an incredibly positive attitude. As someone who works as a cashier in the fast-food industry, I know firsthand how much a great employee can impact a customer’s experience, and Pha absolutely exceeded every expectation. He was ready to help immediately, took the time to answer my questions about some of the new menu items, and made sure my order was exactly right. What stood out most was his patience and enthusiasm he never seemed rushed, annoyed, or inconvenienced. He genuinely cared about providing excellent service.
Many customers may see this level of service as the bare minimum, but anyone who works in customer service understands how rare it is to encounter someone who consistently goes above and beyond. Pha is doing a phenomenal job representing this company, and I hope this review reaches the leadership team because employees like him deserve recognition.Beyond the outstanding customer service, the restaurant itself was spotless. The trash cans were clean, the sauce station was fully stocked, and the drink area was tidy and free of used wrappers and lids.Overall this was an exceptional experience and I would absolutely recommend this Taco Bell to anyone in the area. After years of visiting Taco Bell locations this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had and Pha is the reason why.“

“I really like this Taco Bell. They're always efficient and accurate. Except, my food ends up being toasted a little too long and ends up a charred. At least it's edible, but 'grilled' and anything involving a grill needs to be worked on. Just pull it off a few seconds sooner.

That said, Taco Bell is still good enough for a lunch. Boxes are still good. Unfortunate for del taco phasing their boxes out. Did prefer that to Taco Bell, but since it's gone, back to what works and isn't broken.“

“The place is apparently only open for delivery orders and drive-thru after a certain time at night. I saw it was open on Google Maps and walked in a little after 10pm, only to find that the door was locked, although the staff were in the kitchen serving drive-thru customers.
So I went back to my hotel room and ordered via doordash instead. The food was great though. May be a smaller quantity than what you would usually expect in the US. I'll order an extra person's meal next time.“

“First time eating here and were very pleased. It's exactly what you would expect from a Taco Bell but the service is what made difference. Not only was it clean inside like what we would expect but they were cleaning the outside in detail which is rare. Great location, easy in and out. Check it out muchacho's 👍🏻“

“Well, it's Taco Bell near Disneyland Anaheim. The place is nice. Pretty clean. But the day we went was very busy and they were kind of slow. Also, Taco Bell hasn't been the same since before pandemic. They got rid of too many good things. And their new stuff is meh.“

“If you love tacobell this is just what u expect im not really a fan I just like the Baja blast but if you try to order in person without the kiosk they take so long and also even just for a simple 2 item order they take long. THATS MY EXPERIENCE“

“It was pretty calm relaxing place to be. I'm sad that they don't have the craving box for 5 dollars anymore. They have good offers and also if you have the app you will be saving a few bucks next time you visit the restaurant or any location. “I usually don't choose to get Taco Bell as a first choice but I let my husband choose the place and I was surprised to see it was actually a good and clean restaurant and the food was great compared to my past experiences with Taco Bell restaurants. I would definitely recommend you visit the taco bell in Anaheim on Brookhurst and Ball especially if you are tired of other places that tend to cost more money but give you very little to no meat on your dish! This location is a lot better than most I have been to!“

I went there tonight and went through the drive thru and there was a young man and I wanted to give a shout out to him. He made sure everything was in there, seemed happy to be at work and all around good attitude. Called and his name is Elio, keep up the good work!“
