I have never seen a shop that sells bread, but thanks to cutting the loaf of bread into 2, they charge an extra 0.10cts. Buy 3 loaves + add 0.30cts. Oh my God, I'm going to completely destroy this store! !! This community in Orange County is not only THH. I've always liked THH, but doing business like this is too much!

We order from this banh mi shop every time we visit California to go to Disneyland with the kids. My wife had ordered 10 sandwiches over an hour ago, but they didn't even start making it when we arrived. Sandwiches here are around $6.50 USD. That's $10 CAD! The salad rolls (called spring rolls in Cali) are just full of vermicelli noodles and 4 little shrimps. My wife does not speak vietnamese so she felt she wasn't getting proper service 🙄. I didn't help 😅.

I recently stumbled upon this charming spot while passing by and couldn't resist trying their egg rolls after seeing them in the window. At just a dollar each, I was pleasantly surprised to discover they were the most delicious egg rolls I’ve ever tasted! I enjoyed them so much that I returned the next morning with a friend.
However, we found that the egg rolls were quite different this time. They weren’t bad, but they didn’t have the same delightful flavor as the previous day. I also tried a sandwich, which I didn't dislike, but I found the barbecue meat a bit too sweet for my taste. On the bright side, the baguette it was served on was hot and fresh!
One thing that caught me off guard was when I asked for sauce she looked at me kind of funny and said these are vitamise egg roll's 🤷 okayyy . I found it amusing, but it was a bit disappointing. On a positive note, Patricia, the staff member who assisted us, was very friendly and helpful, explaining some of the dishes to us.
Overall, I would rate the customer service a solid four out of five, despite the sauce hiccup. As for the food, I’d give the egg rolls a four and the sandwich a three. The atmosphere of the place was clean, calm, and inviting, which added to the overall experience.
Would I go back? Maybe to try those amazing egg rolls again, but I’m not sure if I’d make it a regular stop.

Last time I was here, my sandwich was made perfectly and cut in half, just the way I like it. This time seems like somebody was in a hurry. The filling didn't go all the way to the ends of the bread and it wasn't cut in half and not as much chicken. It was still delicious though and of course I'll be back!

The ladies at the shop are efficient, friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately, with how busy it gets, the tables are not bussed, and individuals that visit aren't thoughtful enough to clean up after themselves.
Came in around noon, not even busy day. There middle age woman cashier taking order attitude is rude not helpful while the other is really nice and helpful Hopefully she can read this. When I went to buy clothes, the cashier was about 40-50 years old like a blind, mute actress. Attitude like someone is coming to force me to do work. I'm so bored with this girl, while the younger girls are diligently helping customers. Winch around 12 noon on Tuesday

THH advertises in the restaurant that they accept EBT card payments. I tried to make payment on 4/26/24 and the cashier claimed the machine was broken and they could not take the card.I called the manager Halenna and she didn't return my call. I called back and spoke to her and she could care less. Such poor customer service.Do not eat at this THH restaurant!Update 5/29 - I found out that THH charged my EBT card twice AND my Visa card!
