This place is ok. However, the location is not good, small parking lot, crowded out by fancy, large hotels. When you park there's a sign that states, 20 minutes only, so I personally did not feel like it was a good coffee and tea location.

My first impression of this location is that the drinks are really good! I love getting a matcha here and there! However, I had an odd instance where I overheard some concerning conversations from some of the employees, particularly, from the one with the name that begins with Ki. While chatting with another employee, they made some remarks that came across as micro aggressions (about poc…)not a good look Coffee Bean…Additionally, the girl on register (manager) was very condescending...
