I've been to this restaurant may times. The food and cocktails are excellent, but the service is definitely lacking! Every time we get the same waitress it's with a “ I don't want to be here” attitude and it ruins the meal. It was a shame as I was excited to go there with my friends.
Food and drinks were good but the price point is high for what you get.

the food and drinks here are very good, i totally disagree with the negative reviews. Though the prices aren’t the cheapest it also isn’t too expensive. in my opinion it’s worth the price and we do come here at least once a month. i highly recommended it. we always get the agua chile, enchiladas de mole, pork belly tacos.

First Impression:
I decided to try this location because I heard good things about it. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t live up to the hype.
Food:
The guacamole wasn’t very fresh, and the nachos were disappointing — small portions for a $20 plate.
Drinks:
I ordered a pineapple agua fresca, but it tasted like the fruit was overripe and past its best.
Overall Experience:
For Mexican food, I’ve definitely had much better meals for a better price. It might have just been an off day since it was during the week, but overall, I don’t plan on returning.

This place nailed it! The potato tacos were crispy perfection, and the posole had that rich, comforting flavor you can only get from a real Mexican kitchen. The michelada was spot on — tangy, spicy, and refreshing. We couldn't stop eating the guacamole and Mexican street corn, and of course the tacos were next-level. Everything tasted homemade with love. Can't wait to go back!
Everything from drinks to chips and guacamole to apps to mains arrived at the same time. We didn't have time to clear room on the table, let alone take our time with dinner.
Incredible food - friendly staff - fantastic drinks! Cerviche and Lobster Tacos are not to be missed!
I love the Anaheim Packing House, but the choices can be overwhelming and there are not a lot of healthy vegetarian friendly options. That's why I was so happy to find Urbana. I was craving tacos and Urban offers a cauliflower taco that is so delicious! Just the right amount of spice, combined with a soft corn tortilla a sprinkling of cotija cheese and pickled radish. I will definitely be coming back for more.
My friend and I had a great experience. We realized that a show we wanted to see had us needing to get in and out within 30 min. The waitress was so accommodating. All of the staff was very friendly. We came back after the show to get more drinks and food. Everything we had was great! I will definitely be going back again!
What I’ve been searching for!! Everything (despite my low quality photos) was incredible. I had the chips and guacamole, one cauliflower taco and one fish taco, as well as the ahi ceviche. The taco tortillas were amazing, the portions were generous and the sauces were excellent. The ahi ceviche was spicy and refreshing. Our drinks were also awesome. This food hall has a great atmosphere, I for sure will be back!

Ordered there 20$ nachos that are shareable only to get a handful of chips and about less than a spoonfull of asada. They focus more on presentation and my husband was disappointed on how this food was portioned for the price and went to talk to the manager. The manager did not care and disregarded his comment and even showing them what our nachos looked like. He did not want a refund, but to inform them that this was disappointing and did loose our support of this restaurant.
We had the carnita papas as appetizer, and I had the arrachera steak and Al pastor taco. The French fries were pretty good but the pickles carrot was so unnecessary. I loved my steak taco; one of the best I’ve had but the al pastor taco was burnt and dry and tasted bitter and awful.
The restaurant was super busy. Our drinks were delayed. The food was delicious for the most part. We would return.
I never had tasteless Mexican food like this ever. I am not expecting authentic Mexican food at restaurants but this was worse than Taco Bell. Everyone working there was very nice.
Some of the blandest Mexican food I've ever had. Not even sure how you make guacamole and tacos have such little flavor. Cute ambiance and atmosphere, but the food must come first, and the food is a bummer.
