We are visiting from Iowa and went to the Drive thru. Not knowing what to get or anything the cashier was so polite and excited to help us choose what to try even helping us with different place to eat here in Anaheim! Friendly staff.
During one of those weeks when it was very hot out, they allowed me to sit for at least 30 minutes with an ice water so i could cool off. That was before I ordered anything. Staff gets an A+ from me.

Quick to take my money and be on my way. When I asked for dressing for half avocado was told they don't have any. The dumplings were dried out along the edges. Staff not friendly.
