I have been to Winchells at different locations and this has by far been the best experience. They cooked my bagel Xtreme Melt correctly (as in fully cooked)and I didn’t have to ask for them to slice it for me. The person who helped me was nice and attentive.

The Iced Coffee was fire, donut holes were good served warm, and the Black Forest and Bacon bagel sandwich was phenomenal. Definitely recommend stopping here, service was great too!

Walked in went to order waited 5 minutes for some lady to assume I knew Spanish just cause I’m Mexican to ask me if I needed something I told her ya to place an order acting like they don’t see me standing there and she said I needed to stay away from the register and she could help me. Made no sense. Stay away from this place and head to the one down the street way better customer service.

The people who work here don't speak any English & they're rude af!!!!! The donuts taste so stale & like they've been sitting for a few days. I highly doubt they make fresh donuts everyday. As for the ambiance there is always homeless hanging around out front. Mel@ pela winchelles!!! If you want wayyyy better gourmet donuts that's open 24/7 go to Friendly Donuts in Orange on Chapman & Hewes. You will not regret it!!! Once you try Friendlys you're gonna realize just how low budget, cheap ingredients winchelles is. And the staff at Friendlys are actually Friendly & speak English. I'm Mexican so I can imagine how annoying it is for others who don't speak Spanish.

The establishment itself is not for consumption on site, because it is small, however it makes up for the delicious flavor of the donuts, chocolate, leg cakes and orange juice, we recommend them 100%
Came in around 10:30 on a Monday super busy day and the 3 girls working handled like 20 customers buying dozens of donuts and coffees in less than 10 min pretty impressive anyways I got the Turkey bacon avocado it's pretty good hot sandwich, will be a regular here before work, tables clean and concession stand was stocked

1. The cold drink had a good texture, and I loved the tajime on top! The Puffies were light with a pumpkin filling! 2. The spot has casual vibes with few seatings! 3.
