This is by far the WORST service I've ever got from a Wingstop. They gave me the wrong order. I called to advise them of the issue and was put in hold. The GM answered ( no one ever told me I was being transferred nor did I ask for a manager) he was so Rude and has zero customer service skills he should be fired. He told me I could come get it ( no way to do that) so i asked for a refund. He said ok and hung up in my face. I called back to ensure it was processed and he said...
I see reviews about the location and it hasn't even opened. That whole area is being redeveloped so no need to judge the area. Homelessness is everywhere, a state and country problem. Give this business a chance.
