Blane recently did catering for 50th wedding anniversary for 50 people for me. His ribs and sides were excellent. Yesterday he did 4 tri-tips sliced for 30 people. The meat was superlative - moist , tender, and flavorful. Jalapeño Honey Mustard and Classic BBQ sauces also were excellent. Highly recommended by this continuing customer.
I can’t even begin to explain how freaking good these ribs are that Blane makes. I need like 100 of them
The best Mac & Cheese/Pulled Pork!!
