LOVE BLAZIN' BLAINS BBQ located in this perfect little neighborhood market! I believe Blain makes the best Tri-Tip or Pulled Pork sandwich in Shasta County! Ask for his Jalapeño Honey Mustard sauce or his other yummy BBQ sauces to top off your sandwich. Or try the chicken quarter meal, it comes with two GENEROUS sides!
You haven't lived until you had a plate of food from Blanes Blaz'n BBQ! His homemade BBQ sauces are insanely good! His Ribs, and Mac and cheese are my favorite! Do yourself a favor, and snag your next meal from Blane!

Blane recently did catering for 50th wedding anniversary for 50 people for me. His ribs and sides were excellent. Yesterday he did 4 tri-tips sliced for 30 people. The meat was superlative - moist , tender, and flavorful. Jalapeño Honey Mustard and Classic BBQ sauces also were excellent. Highly recommended by this continuing customer.
