Subway is a restaurant with a mixed reputation. While some customers have reported positive experiences, such as receiving their orders with extra ingredients and sauce as requested, others have had frustrating encounters. The atmosphere of the restaurant has been described as unfriendly and depressing, with a broken front door. However, this location is considered better than another Subway in the area, and the new owner and staff have been praised for their welcoming and friendly attitude. Customers can expect fresh bread and a clean environment, as well as easy in-and-out access from the nearby freeway. Overall, Subway's service can be inconsistent, but this particular establishment offers a generally positive dining experience.
