I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Los Pollos Bros thanks to Scarlet! She took the time to really connect with me, making me feel like a valued customer. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely kind and attentive, and she made my visit that much better. Her customer service was truly phenomenal—she went above and beyond. The food is always fantastic, great quality, and fresh! Highly recommend this location!

The food here is always good. Fresh hot flavorful chicken, rice and pinto beans. Scarlott at the Apple Valley location always remembers us and greets us like we are family! She is so friendly. Highly recommend this business.
