McDonald's in Apple Valley

“My experiences in the afternoon here have been very unpleasant. They ignore you at drive thru, take forever, looks like it hurts to smile, give out like 3 ketchups and no sauce, and stuff everything in one bag as if they don't have more bags. Horrible customer service, but I will say if you want to be treated better, there is a young man who works there with glasses, I believe brown hair, who listens to what you need and gives you the sauces you need. He seems very patient and kind. Last time I ordered a number one, he repeated my order and gave me basic decent human respect unlike the other kids there working. Man they really seem like they don't want to be there and are just chit chatting not doing what they are supposed to do and ignoring the customers. Very disrespectful on top of all that. Unlike this gentleman I spoke about right now that is here in the afternoons, he is a rare gem in that restaurant that should definitely have a raise!“

“I like their breakfast the most on their menu. I grew up going to McDonalds for breakfast every Saturday morning with my dad in Glendora. So, I have a nostalgic taste for their pancakes and sausage. Yes, we can make better pancakes at home. But these are good to me. I do really like their mcgriddle sandwiches, which are easy to eat on the road. This location isn't the highest level of service. They do seem to keep the drive thru moving. But as I and others have problems using their app, I go inside and use their kiosk. I do see people try to order at the front. They are not always very quick to help, and you always seem to wait longer inside even if you use the app or the kiosk. Overall pretty good.“
