The staff are always amazing. There's been a few drink mix-ups, sure, but none that haven't been fixed in some way. They forgot something in our drinks the other day, and it could have been added in, but they instead chose to completely remake the drinks free of charge and let us keep the other two as well. I leave with a smile on my face almost every time. Their laughter is definitely the only thing that's contagious--it's always kept very clean and sanitary.
2 people ahead of me. 20 minutes to get a simple, plain coffee. 2 stars. One person working, so it's one coffee at a time. And you just KNOW people aren't gonna order simple, quick to make coffees. Gotta be that half fat half caff whipped foccaccino/ half 'spresso with a WHISPER, not a HINT...of cinnamon on top. 2 stars because at least my order was correct, which, according to other reviews, is challenge for this Starbucks. Had amazing service at this Starbucks. I ordered 8 drinks and the employee leesandra was very patient and kind to me. And she had a fatty. all 8 drink were made correctly and done in 10 minutes. Very happy with my trip at this location, will be coming back
