Always a delicious snack. These pretzels are always consistently great (I buy the cinnamon and sugar variety), and the guy that took care of me was polite, professional and friendly. His coworker gave me a weird look when I approached them to place my order, but I will not deduct a star for that.

Ordered an original pretzel with their cream cheese dip and I received a Philadelphia cream cheese packet instead. It was impossible to dip the pretzel since it’s just straight cream cheese. They didn’t even mention they were out of the dip otherwise I wouldn’t have bought it. Ridiculous.

My sons and I enjoyed the salty mini pretzels with dipped cheese they were so delicious and 😋 yummy great customer service and especially the associate was very friendly and helpful. Since we'd enjoyed it so much we can't wait to enjoyed them again thank you

This place is horrible. I rarely write reviews but this place is truly bad. They charge $10 for preztel bites that taste dry and old. This is not what it used to be. The workers were nice about it and they seemed like they knew they were serving dog food. To whoever owns this place. I wish you nothing but the worst in life until you close down this place and do something else with your life. Because this was truly horrible.

The staff are very friendly, Sweet Almond Pretzel is very delicious?

This place is a hot mess. Looks like the pretzels have been sitting a while the staff that’s working there or talking to people over the counter, have their friends sitting there. They don’t honor the AAA discount or AARP discount like the other ones nothing like fresh the staff was rude 10 out of 10 would definitely not recommend
