This is where you go for real Chinese tea. I recommend buy the $1 membership card for the sales. You can have samples brewed in the back.
A friend informed me about this awesome place where you can buy loose leaf tea. I was searching for Lychee tea...I was happy to find it there. Prices are reasonable:
Black $36/lb
Oolong $50/lb
They have a large selection. I ended up buying other types to try.
Only downside is they kinda close early, imo.
