The infinity castle experience is so fun and the snack tower is a must! I loved the tumblers and the lychee drink! Definitely worth checking out!

Such an amazing experience at Bearology! Their Demon Slayer Infinity Castle immersive pop up was incredibly detailed and thoughtfully designed. Every corner felt intentional, immersive, and perfect for fans.

The environment was fun, interactive, and visually stunning. Staff were super kind and helpful, and the drinks were not only tasty but beautifully presented in their tumbler cups! You can tell a lot of care went into creating this experience.

Highly recommend for anime lovers, content creators, or anyone looking for something fun and different to do in Temple City. Definitely worth the visit!

I visited Bearology for the Demon Slayer theme. Unfortunately the experience was disappointing overall.

I went in the first or second day after it opened to the public, so it was understandably packed. However, despite having a 6:45 PM reservation, we weren’t seated until about 7:20 PM. We noticed an available table around 7:05 PM, but it left dirty with no staff taking care of it, which added to the wait time. Also, the table we got seated on was sticky...

We ordered multiple items including the snack tower and two ramen bowls. The menu describes the ramen flavors as “soup-based,” which they essentially meant it was just the soup flavoring without the actual protein. For example, the chicken ramen and roasted beef ramen did not contain chicken nor beef, it was just the soup with chicken / beef flavor.

I also added extra toppings (cheese, spam, and corn). When my ramen arrived after 30 mins of waiting, the spam and corn were missing. I mentioned it to the server right away, he said they were underneath the noodles. After checking again and still not finding them, I had to walk over and ask for assistance. They eventually took my bowl back and added spam and corn. This truly required extra effort and unnecessary time on my part.

We requested containers for ramen leftovers. They said they only have paper boxes. Putting ramen with broth into a paper container was quite impractical.

We also purchased one of the plushies advertised as licensed product. However, it was kinda low quality (the plushie was hard and felt like cheap product). Strong fans might still enjoy it though...

Overall, it was a disappointing visit considering how excited we were for the theme and experience. I hope the service flow, menu clarity, and product quality improve over time because the concept has a lot of potential.

The food was good for the demon slayer pop up but it looks nothing like it was advertised. You don’t get a big slab of spam you get little cubes you don’t get two big katsu buns you get one big one that’s cut into fours. You get two pieces of shrimp tempura and teo onion. Cake things . The picture looks like more food especially for the price you pay for it. It’s expensive. Awesome experience and the food was good but you don’t get that much for how much it cost .

It was great experience, I went two times this week, to see the Demon slayer pop up experience. I was at table 3, and the staff was working really hard. The staff member Gloria was really helpful and told us about the special event drinks and items. I'm definitely going back again!

First time here. Gloria was great and very informative! I love that the store has collaborated themes that switch out every few months. The atmosphere is very inviting like it’s great for a date or a nice place to hang out. Just wished the cup sizes were bigger!

My friend and I planned to meet up here since I was in the area. She chose the location, and I agreed since it was convenient for me.

The place was nice, I loved the atmosphere, full of colorful decorations. It was very comfortable place for us to meet and chat.

However, it was hard to access the menu because I had to scan a QR code, which was super laggy. It took a long time to load, which was disappointing why make it so difficult? Lol.

The drink I tried didn’t taste good. I’ve compared it to many other boba places, and it was both disappointing and expensive.

Parking can be challenging since it’s located in a very busy shopping plaza .

Such a fun experience! We really enjoyed it! The food was good, but wish there had been more variety.

Staff was not helpful, not friendly and not welcoming. They didn't even welcome us when we walked in. They didn't ask if we were good once we had the food. They were not helpful in explaining the menu as a first time customer. When I questioned the menu, I got short responses with attitude. The place was great, my kids loved it but the staff not so great.

Cute pop-up. You need to go there if it's your birthday. The cake was so cute and it made my friend feel very special.
