Good food, the vegetarian pizza is worth buying. One of my go tos even before in was vegetarian and the build your own cannot be beat for the price.

I am in the parking lot of blaze Pizza and I am so disappointed. I just ordered two pizzas. The lady who assisted me, is a white lady who weighs about three hundred 323 lb and had a nasty attitude the whole time that I asked her questions. I knew the service was going to be poor.I knew that I was going to be paying for two pizzas and that wasn't a problem but when I asked the lady to put many toppings on my pizza she kept breathing abrasively letting me know that I was an inconvenience. She treated me as if she hates her job therefore her disappointments in her job choice reflected in how she treated me and other customers . This lady misrepresented this company. It's such a disappointment to go into companies and be treated poorly especially when it's one of your favorite pizza spots. That lady is a walking disappointment.

Order 2x from here the same week and first order I ordered cheese on the pizza and I got it delivered with NO CHEESE… I thought simple mistake and I order today a large build your own and I have a lot of veggies on the pizza but I order PEPPERONI and this time the pizza came with NO PEPPERONI… I’m spending $30 at this place and they constantly mess up the orders it’s so frustrating and the items are listed on the receipt

This is the saddest Blaze. I was so excited that I didn’t have to drive to Pasadena or Monrovia anymore but I think I’ll make the drive. Coming in every single time there isn’t a line but the people making your pizza will stall and take forever to acknowledge you until there is 10 people piled up behind you. All the staff, literally all the staff don’t care at all. On top of that, when I ask for topping they give me half a handful and ask what other toppings I want…I’m not one to pile up on toppings but it’s sad to see when I ask for pepperoni they gave me 7 pieces until I asked him if I can have more and I’m constantly asking them for more and more. Each topping I ask for gets less and less. I’m not sure what’s going on but it seems that this location is getting worse by the day. Pasadena and Monrovia location puts toppings and doesn’t seem stingy about it. I really hope management does something about this because it upsets me that I have to stand there for 5 minutes to watch staff walk around moving whatever it is they move during opening hours and not even acknowledging that I’m standing there until a whole crowd is behind me. There’s also one particular staff that assumed I wanted a red sauce before I could even say anything…

Placed an online order of two 11inch pizza, one was burned and the other one was missing a part . Loos like someone had a bite . As you can see , the pepperonis they put on there was uneven as well. Bad quality . Very unhappy with my order .
Awesome service one of the better Blaze locations I've been to. They always make my order correctly and are very fair with toppings and portions. However it can be very cold inside at times.

I’ve been a regular customer at Blaze Pizza, visiting about twice a month with my child, so I know what a normal portion of toppings looks like. However, my experience today was extremely disappointing.
One of the staff members, a man with a beard, was rude and seemed to be intentionally giving me less toppings. He only put seven pieces of pepperoni on my pizza, while the customer before me got a pizza fully covered with pepperoni. When I asked for extra mushrooms, he told me they were out of mushrooms, but his attitude was dismissive. I also ordered pineapple and spinach, and both were given in very small amounts, much less than usual.
The poor service and unfair treatment make me question whether I should keep coming back. I hope management addresses this issue because this is not the kind of experience I expect from Blaze Pizza.

the dude making my pizzas comes from frowntown, dude gets mad when i accidentally touch an order that wasn't mine and doesn't even ask me what drizzles i want on my pizza. garbo service just go to the place in monrovia

Staff not as friendly. We with family/friends and 5 toddlers. The group of people in front was ordering things with meat and touching everything. We are vegan and asked the guy if he could change his cloves and to this he got upset and said his cloves were clean. I informed him I’ve been standing here as he prepared everyone else meal and it would be beneficial to us if he could change his cloves before preparing my meal. He got visibly annoyed and walked away while someone else came and prepared the pizza. Later on everyone was having a good time and the staff told us to have our kids be quiet. There was no one else in the store except for the 10 of us.
Today I went back there again to pick up a large vegan cheese pizza. Upon getting home the pizza was burned and not even cut properly. This is safe to say we will not be going back to this store.

I got the blood orange lemonade. It was a bit too sweet for my taste, but adding a little water helped tone it down.
I get the following toppings for my pizza: pesto crust, topped with marinara sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, mushrooms, artichokes, spinach, and a side pepperoncinis.
Edwin provided exceptional service! He was friendly, quick, and super attentive. His positive attitude truly stood out and made the visit so much better.
